Candle Care
Get the most out of your candles
For the best lighting experience, tilt your candle slightly. Light the wooden wick at one end and watch the flame spread across the entire wick. A long-reach lighter works best.
It might take a few tries to get the wick lit—be patient, as wood wicks can be tricky. Once you’ve successfully lit it once, it should be easier the next time.
Allow the entire surface of the wax to melt during each burn session to prevent tunneling.
After your candle cools, the wax surface may appear rough or cratered. This is completely normal and a sign of its all-natural wax, free from unnecessary additives.
